Overview

At Collection Bazzar, we take utmost care to ensure that all collectible items, coins, and notes are accurately described, photographed, and securely shipped.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind or dislike of the product

    • Minor variations in color, tone, or appearance due to lighting or device display

    • Errors or misunderstandings arising from buyer’s assumption

  • All non-defective items are considered final sale.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange, please email collectionbazzar0@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and packaging images.

  • Once verified, we’ll guide you through the exchange or replacement process.


3. Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is provided for verified defective or damaged items.

  • Return shipping for any other reason (such as change of mind or misreading product details) is not accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement/exchange is unavailable for defective or damaged products.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are not provided for misunderstanding of title, image, or listing details (see section 6 below).


5. Title & Image Accuracy (For Legal Clarity)

We strive to maintain 100% accuracy in product titles, images, and descriptions.
However, in rare cases of typographical or listing errors, the following terms apply:

  • If a title or description contains an unintentional error (e.g., wrong quantity, denomination, or year), but images and price correctly represent the actual product, then the images and product description will take priority over the title text.

  • Such cases are considered “listing errors” and do not qualify as misleading advertising under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

  • The seller (Collection Bazzar) reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed under an unintentional listing error.


6. Seller’s Limitation of Liability

  • Collection Bazzar will not be responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or unintentional misrepresentation arising from human or technical mistakes.

  • In such cases, we may:

    • Correct the listing,

    • Notify the customer, and

    • Offer a refund or replacement as available.

  • This clause ensures fair resolution without misuse of error listings.


7. Additional Notes

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

  • All items are sold as final sale, except in cases of verified defect or damage.

  • Please check product titles, descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing.

  • For collectible and vintage items, minor wear or aging is considered normal and not a defect.
