1. Overview

At Collection Bazzar, we ensure that every collectible, coin, and currency note you order is securely packed and shipped through trusted courier partners across India.
Our goal is to make sure your valuable collectibles reach you safely and in perfect condition.


2. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier and postal partners to ensure timely delivery, including:

  • Shree Tirupati Courier

  • Delhivery

  • India Post Speed Post

  • Other verified logistics providers

Couriers are assigned based on your pin code, region, and best available service.


3. Dispatch Process

  • All confirmed orders are packed and dispatched by our in-house logistics team.

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the courier company shares the tracking details with us.

  • We then send your shipment update via Email and WhatsApp, which includes:

    • Order Number

    • Tracking Number

    • Courier Name

    • Direct Tracking Link


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other regions: 5–10 working days

  • Public holidays, natural delays, or courier disruptions may slightly extend delivery time.


5. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Once a tracking number is shared, customers can independently track their parcel via the provided courier link.

  • Our responsibility is considered fulfilled once the parcel is handed over to the courier and tracking details are sent.

  • However, in case of any courier-related delay, damage, or misrouting, our team assists you by coordinating directly with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • We do not hold responsibility for delays or loss caused by courier mishandling, strikes, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before completing the payment.

  • Occasionally, free shipping offers may apply to select products or order values.


7. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Parcels

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to receive the parcel, reshipping (if possible) will incur an additional courier fee.

  • In such cases, refunds are not applicable for undelivered items due to incomplete or wrong addresses.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Collection Bazzar ships only within India.
For any special international shipping request, please contact our support team prior to placing an order.


9. Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid using the available secure online payment methods (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of our products.
